A plain-clothes policewoman has pulled over a suspect whom the police have been seeking for some time. She orders him to step out of his vehicle, but instead he produces a and her to put her handcuffs on herself. He makes the officer walk back to her car and get in, then he wishes her good luck with driving and shuts the door on her. He drives off, leaving the cop to struggle with her handcuffs.
