Jasmine used to star as the lead in a detective show which was cancelled the year before. Soon after cancellation, she encountered a crazy fan who wanted her to carry on playing the character just for him. After this encounter, the fan was committed to a mental institution. With the aid of another inmate, who also loves Jasmine, he escapes, and the two of them turn up on her door step, determined to make her play the role of their favorite detective once again.
