It seems that Dixie is suspected of some nefarious activities involving illegal substances, and Officer Montgomery is following up a report. Dixie is so to the officer that she ends up getting herself arrested and slapped in handcuffs. When she continues to mouth off at the officer, the official takes an unconventional approach and gags her prisoner. When Dixie attempts to kick her, the officer binds her ankles together too. It looks like Dixie is in for a very bad day.
