Autumn is being held captive. She is hogtied with rope, cleave gagged and blindfolded, lying on the floor in her white blouse, leather skirt, stockings and heels. She struggles in a desperate attempt to escape from captivity, but she just can't loosen the ropes holding her. She hears her captor returning and is surprised when he removes her gag and blindfold, and then unties her hands. Is he going to let her go? No such luck.
