Gianna has been pulled over because a cop spotted that she was not wearing a seat belt. When he gets close to her and smells alcohol on her breath, or so he says, he makes her step out of the car, whereupon he places her in handcuffs and marches her to his squad car. When he gets close to her and smells alcohol on her breath, or so he says, he makes her step out of the car, whereupon he places her in handcuffs and marches her to his squad car. Gianna is left sitting inside the vehicle for a few minutes in handcuffs before the cop returns to say he is not going to arrest her but take her to his house instead. Now Gianna really starts to protest. Cut to where Gianna is being marched in the faux cop's bedroom where he removes the handcuffs from her wrists and immediately ties her up with rope, placing her in a hogtie on the floor.
