Jessica has been grabbed by a man wanting to keep her as his prisoner so that he can have a little fun with her. As he holds on to her arms, he attaches handcuffs to her wrists and makes her sit on a chair. Then he changes his mind and decides to pass her arms through openings in the chair back before cutting her wrists again, making sure that she cannot get up off the chair. He shackles her ankles, then proceeds to wrap her in chains, padlocking them in position, making sure that she cannot possible escape her captivity.
