Madison is being held prisoner in handcuffs. She starts out standing, but after a while her "compassionate" a-b-d-u-c-t-o-r lets her sit on the floor, but now with her hands cuffed behind her back. Because she keeps complains and asking to be let go, she is gagged with duct tape and left to roll around on the floor.
