Lily has been arrested for careless driving and has been left in an overflow cell. Her handcuffs have not been removed and she has nowhere to sit down. Needless-to-say, she is not at all happy about her situation and calls out to the policeman on duty to get her out of there. No one comes and poor Lily has to endure being locked up in handcuffs.
