Autumn has gone to a remote location to meet a new boyfriend. He is waiting in his vehicle with a loaded syringe, and when Autumn climbs in and starts to ask why they had to meet all the way "out here", he plunges the needle into her neck and she . We then see bracelets closing around her wrists and ankles, and duct tape being applied to her mouth to keep her quiet.
