Police woman Beverly Bacci is responding to complaints from a man's neighbours that he is engaged in something untoward. When Bacci confronts him, he quickly becomes evasive, so she draws her weapon to be on the safe side. She is startled when he quickly disarms her and her to lock herself in her own handcuffs. With her now inside the house, he secures her to a chair with zip ties and wraps her lower face in vet wrap to gag her. There seems no chance of escape for the captured officer...
