A man has been hired to keep Claire Irons out of circulation for a while while nefarious deeds are performed at the company where she works as a secretary. She is taken to an out-of-the-way house and led into its basement where a framed bed awaits her. Claire is made to cuff her own ankles and one wrist to the bed frame, her captor closing the final cuff to render her completely secure. To keep her quiet during her stay, he pushes a ball gag into her mouth, then leaves her to struggle helplessly.
