Officer Jasmine St. John pulls over an erratic driver, only to discover that the woman (Beverly) has apparently been drinking. She makes Beverly step out of the car and walk in a straight line. When Beverly shows that she can't, Jasmine arrests her by placing her in handcuffs and reading Beverly her rights. She then leads her prisoner to her car and inserts her on the back seat, belting her in for safety.
