Rachel is visited by a cop who says he has to take her in owing to CCTV footage in a local department store shows her shoplifting. Rachel denies this emphatically, but the cop says that he must arrest her. He places her in handcuffs, but before leading her from her home, he receives a call to inform him that Rachel has several outstanding warrants, and that she is to be treated as dangerous. Rachel denies this emphatically, but the cop says that he must arrest her. He places her in handcuffs, but before leading her from her home, he receives a call to inform him that Rachel has several outstanding warrants, and that she is to be treated as dangerous. The cop tells Rachel that he will have to transport her in full restraints. Rachel can't believe this is happening, but offers no resistance as a box is closed over her cuffs, a chain is passed around her waist and through a slot in the box, pinning her arms to her tummy, and then padlocked in place. Shackles are added to Rachels ankles, and a further chain connecting these to her cuffs is added. The cop then marches Rachel outside. He has parked his patrol car several hundred yards away owning to poor access to the property, and Rachel is compelled to walk all that way in her restraints. She shuffles along, urged on by the cop who has no compassion for her predicament.
