Dixie is pulled over for speeding and driving without displaying a license plate. When the cop, Officer Lily Mason, investigates further, she discovers that Dixie is not carrying her driver's license either. The cop orders Dixie out of the vehicle and handcuffs her. Dixie is appalled at the way the cop is fitting her up for all manner of crimes, and objects to being frisked. This only serves to make the cop more determined, and the encounter ends with Dixie being marched off the the cop's car.
