Laney invites Rachel back to the group and tells Josie and Charlie that Rachel will be assisting her since she has been around the company for a long time. Charlie and Josie are jealous and feel that they should be assistant and decide to tickle Rachel as punishment! Eventually Rachel convinces Josie to help her tickle Charlie!
