Pamela is sitting opposite doctor Mayla and her assistant Eleonore. Pamela turned to them because she was dissatisfied with her nose. The doctor asks her what is wrong and then, with the help of her colleague, she begins to observe it closely. She squeezes it, widens it and using a torch looks well inside Pamela's nostrils. With a tongue depressor she scans her throat. Pamela tries to oppose but the doctor continues and a little later she will do the same with her assistant.
