As Stella warms up she notices an ankle discomfort, it gives her trouble when she's on pointe, but she decides to continue despite her worries it might affect the audition. Finally the teacher arrives and tells Stella to start the audition. At first everything seems to be going well, but then the ankle sprains and the girl falls. Stella gets up carefully and Pamela comes to her rescue, massaging her ankle. Eleonore is impatient, she doesn't seem to understand the girl's pain and frustration, but urges her to continue. The dancer tries, but after a few steps she is back on the ground, this time the ankle seems to be messed up, it has been badly injured and the girl feels a very strong pain. Pamela makes her sit on the sofa and begins to take care of her while Eleonore insults her by telling her that she is a loser and has no reason to magnify a trifling injury like this.
