Lily, the guard, has taken Pamela into custody and takes her to the cell along with another prisoner already there, Rachel. The two do not know each other, but there is a good feeling immediately and soon they rebel against the guard asking for privacy. Lily tells them that's not possible and that she has to be present at all times since they're under arrest, but Rachel pulls out some pepper spray and neutralizes the guard.
