Cop has prisoner go down to her knees and put her hands behind her head with interlaced fingers. Cop leaves prisoner to get waist chain. Cop returns and searches prisoner. Cop puts on waist chain and handcuffs prisoner in front. Prisoner gives middle finger to cop after she is chained up. Prisoner walks around the room. Prisoner is serious throughout, but at the end smiles and waves. Cop walks the prisoner out.
