I would like to have Liz already tied to the bed tightly where she cant move. She would have her mouth taped shut. Maybe some packing to muffle her more, if she's willing. She'd be wearing black crew socks, jeans or jeans shorts, and whatever top she wants to wear with. Gaia would be using the pillow and her hand to smother Liz. For the last 3 to 5 minutes, Gaia would place tape over her nose and blindfold her. Liz should be tough and unafraid. Some close up shots of her socked feet struggling too. Maybe near the end of the clip, a full body view to watch her struggle.
