Rose sta aspettando Stella a casa sua per farle una bellissima sorpresa. Stella viene colpita e legata ad una sedia, Rose è pronta per torturare in modo estremo la sua caviglia. Stella indossa stivali con un tacco molto alto, la sua caviglia destra è ancora infortunata a causa di un incidente avuto qualche giorno prima. Rose lo sa e usa tutta la sua rabbia su quella caviglia. Stella è disperata, Rose muove in maniera innaturale la caviglia di Stella causandole dei traumi molto profondi in tutto il piede. Rose estrae il piede dallo stivale e nota che Stella indossa calzini bianchi corti, ora è giunto il momento di terminare il lavoro su quel piede, Rose inizia ad effettuare delle frizioni molto pesante su quel piede causando a Stella una slogatura molto invalidante. ora è il turno dell'altra caviglia, Rose decide di torturare anche l'altro piede, ma questa volta deciderà di effettuare delle torsioni rapide ed estremamente dolorose, termine quelle fasi Stella rimane con addosso i suoi calzetti bianchi ed i piedi, entrambi rovinati. Rose slega Stella, ora le ragazze, terminate la dura sessione di tortura si siedono mostrando i loro calzetti bianchi alla videocamera, raccontano degli episodi riguardo alle loro storte alle caviglie continuando a mostrare i loro piedi in primo piano.

Rose is waiting for Stella at her house to give her a wonderful surprise. Stella is hit and tied to a chair, Rose is ready to torment her ankle in an extreme way. Stella is wearing boots with very high heels, her right ankle is still injured due to an accident she had a few days earlier. Rose knows this and uses all her anger on that ankle of hers. Stella is desperate, Rose moves Stella's ankle in an unnatural way causing very deep trauma all over her foot. Rose extracts her foot from the boot and notices that Stella is wearing short white socks, now the time has come to finish the work on that foot, Rose begins to apply very heavy friction on that foot causing Stella to suffer a very disabling sprain. now it's the turn of the other ankle, Rose decides to torment her other foot too, but this time she will decide to perform rapid and extremely painful twists, at the end of those phases Stella remains wearing her white socks and her feet, both ruined. Rose unties Stella, now the girls, after the hard tormentsession, sit down showing their white socks to the camera, they tell stories about their sprained ankles while continuing to show their feet in the foreground.
