We are back with one of our most favorite GTK ticklers - Ceci The Tickler (32)!

This time Ceci has Brundely (30) hogtied on her red leather couch for some awesome foot tickling action! Ceci is perched comfortably with Brundely's socked feet helplessly in front of her, and begins wiggling her skilled fingers in the poor ticklish woman's soles while telling her she is going to tickler her a lot in Spanish.
