Ceci has Criss locked VERY securely in the stocks for some intense foot tickling fun. Criss' feet slot perfectly into the guillotine, and she really cannot move at all and just has to take whatever Ceci decides to do. Which is tickle her relentlessly. Criss has some super sensitive soft, plump soles, and Ceci is clearly in heaven using her wicked blue feather (Criss is most sensitive to the tip), fingers (worst for her), oil and the electric toothbrush to make Criss go crazy with hysterical laughter.
