As many of you know that read my Twitter, I started working out aggressively again about 4 weeks ago doing russian kettlebells. This is my 4 week "progress report" where I show off my developing biceps, delts, chest, lats, abs, etc. Lots of muscle flexing and discussion of how strong I'm becoming.
