I’ve been listening to my PE fans. While most of you are enjoying great success, I’ve got a lot of stragglers who seem to be struggling with at least one of the following problems:

I’ve been listening to my PE fans. While most of you are enjoying great success, I’ve got a lot of stragglers who seem to be struggling with at least one of the following problems:

I mulled it over and realized all these problems have the same root problem: subconscious blocks, often sneaky ones you aren’t even aware you have.

So I dug into my knowledge stores, trying to call up anything that would help guys who want to progress in their PE journey but are being held back in subtle ways. Then I remembered what I like to call “The No Paradox.”

The No Paradox is a way to phrase suggestions that helps them slip right past your subconscious objections so they can permanently take root.

Research in clinical psychology shows that when negative words like “don’t,” “can’t,” and “won’t” are placed within a certain type of sentence structure, they’re much more difficult for your brain to process.

*It essentially gets confused, gives up, and processes the sentence’s meaning without the negative word . The result is pure conditioning that happens FAST. Instead of trying to get rid of blocks, we simply work around them to get you the results you want.

There’s no induction here. It’s structured as a slow, dreamy loop with ocean sounds and a custom Theta binaural beat; so just listening is enough to induce you. Perfect to listening to in bed, at the gym, or slow days at work.
