The waiter came over to take their order and as the ladies were ordering what they wanted. He was acting a little strange and they started laughing at how uncomfortable he appeared. When he brought them their coffee, he was very clumsy and acted nervous. He then asked them if there was anything else he could get them and even after they responded, he stood there. They laughed and told him they were fine.

The waiter comes back 2 more times offering them anything and even offering to pay for it. They laugh about what they could probably get out of this pathetic waiter. Shoe shopping, washing their cars, etc. When he comes back, Tara mentions that they could use a foot massage. He agrees quickly to give them a foot massage. They take advantage of his willingness and put him on the floor under their table. They laugh at him licking their feet as they drink their coffee and smoke their cigarettes.
