Brianna found a house on the market for a private sale. No Real Estate agent to get in the middle of the negotiations. She noticed right away that this guy was ready to play and he would do anything for her. He may have made the first move, but the final move Brianna makes looses him $200k. Brianna gets him to sign an agreement to sell his home for half the asking price.
