I'm one for boosting morale. Something to get the good ones going and to remind them why they're doing what they're doing and who they're doing it for. This one is going to be a worthwhile experience. Just in case you need a reminder of why you work so hard, why you sacrifice so much. You do it all for me and don't think I don't appreciate it.
