But Ziva is taking this arrest very seriously. She suggests that jaywalking can lead to much more serious crimes and Her intention is to make sure he understands the error of his ways and to rehabilitate him. He questions whether this might be a bit extreme for the crime committed, but She's hearing none of it having him strapped to Her smotherbench and having the whole weekend with him uninterrupted.
