After seeing Constance in action on the wrestling mat and the utter destruction She's caused dummy in previous encounters, I knew this was a great chance to pick up a few new things and to practice. So Constance agrees to show Me some moves.

Early on, She demonstrates a move and then I get to try out the same move on Her. I take some tough holds like a camel clutch and a Boston crab, and She really made Me feel them and didn't let Me go right away.
