You rub your belly to recover quickly. You bring your navel up to the camera 7-10 times (time depending) and each time you feel pain in the belly/navel as if being punched/poked by an invisible person or the camera. The last poke feels like an invisible poke in the belly button and you double over in pain more than before.You find relief by pressing your navel with your finger a few times and rubbing your belly. You then show the camera the inside of your belly button with the biggest close up of your navel possible. You feel the pain again and end the video clutching your belly in pain.
