Are you ready to be committed? I mean you're already committed to the asylum, but are you going to show up mentally and emotionally? You may be here physically but I need to know you will be here, present for this experience. Take off your pants, you heard what I say ,I am the counselor here, do as I say and take off your pants. Now get on your knees, try to relax. This is the position you shall remain in every session you will be on your knees. I am going to use a few techniques on you to get you to relax. I want you to just relax, take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth. Now do not take your eyes off of me. You feel the urge to stroke, do it.
