It's a full moon, and the Goddess demands a sacrifice. Suspended entirely off of his feet by his hands, the sacrificial slave is hanging in the centre of a symbol of phenomenal power: the venus symbol with the pentagram within it. The slave is to be subject to dozens upon dozens of lashings with the whip of Goddess Serena until her ritual is complete.
