My P.A.'s work ethic has really been falling by the wayside recently. This is the 3rd time in a row that I have been made aware that he has clocked in late in the morning. I've had words with him before and given him chances to redeem himself - the traditional methods aren't working. There is only one thing for it, if a harsh word won't do, then my hand against his bare bottom is the only answer.
