I wasn't going to film because its been such a long day but I went to the Dr. and I can't help but share todays visit! The last time I went to the Dr. I was just starting my gaining journey and was still pretty tiny..but today, look at me! Lol. What did my Nurse and Dr. say? Am I going to listen? I talk open and candidly as I remove my makeup and plan for the next steps ahead..
