You need some very sticky, adhesive tape. You will get naked and start putting pieces of tape where I tell you to. You're going to rip that tape off when and where I tell you to.

I hope for your you don't have much hair, because it's going to really hurt if you do. BUT that's part of the fun! It's funny to make you do these things. You just do as I say, just like it should always be!
