I want you to think about the things that I have said in my videos. I want you think of all of the things that apply to you and the ones that don't. Sometimes I might say you're old and wrinkly, but you're a younger person that's still in pretty good shape. A lot of the times most of what I have said apply to almost every single one of you, but there's of course a ton of things I can say that doesn't apply to you now.
