When you feel overwhelmed you are to sit down and take a deep breath and remind yourself that you are not in control and someone else is. Then you jerk off. You feel overwhelmed and you need that release so it makes sense. You are not in control and now your cock is deciding. After, we rewatch these "sessions" and let your brain take a break.
