It's the first day of my period and I'm lying on the couch in my panties, wearing a sanitary pad and I'm in so much agony! I woke up at 5am this morning with such bad cramps and have had them since. I tell you all about how I'm feeling and what the first day of my period is like, though mind you....you can see it written all over my face. I rub my tummy trying to ease the pain but this period is so heavy and sore, I only get small moments of relief.
