This month my period is giving me hell, it's just started and I have quite a bit of pain. I'm wearing a pad in my striped panties for the heavy flow that has started coming and I'm laying on the couch trying to distract myself with a book but it's hard to keep my mind off of pain like this. I rub my belly and my back to try and soothe myself but you can see how much pain I'm in so it doesn't do a whole heap, so I just go back to my book and hopefully it will ease off soon.
