It's time to stretch these long little tootsies out! We start in a resting pose, just letting my toes lay there and relax for a few moments. Next we will start to warm them up with slow gentle wiggling and moving on to some nice slow spreading and tapping. Now that we're warmed up, it's time to really get into it. I spread my toes wide on one foot and then the next foot and then both feet together, with some close-ups so you can see the pose fully.
