Anybody else would see their career not going anywhere and re-evaluate it's direction. Everybody else would question what they're doing wrong. Fix things. Not you. Oh no. you've sat stagnant for years and you'll sit stagnant for many more years, because loser aren't promoted. they aren't cut out for the good life. you're stuck here, at this level. Mediocre and bland.
