you hear them all the time. That little voice that seems to be getting louder and louder. Wanting to stop out the affirmations you try to tell yourself. It sounds awfully like Me huh? Those voices. They seems to say all the things I constantly tell you. All the mean and degrading things I say with disgust to you. There's no stopping them now. They're embedded in that brain of yours. Repeating itself over and over.
