It's Olivia Rose's birthday, and somebody left her a slave boy covered in her favorite thing - balloons! She produces a few extra balloons from her special balloon hiding place to blow up and complete her balloon boy - a few for his mouth, which will make her extra happy when it's time to pop them. After his entire body is covered, she brandishes her special balloon popping tool and has a great time laughing and giggling as she pops the balloons one at a time while her balloon boy wriggles and squirms in response to the bursting balloons.
