It's time to change my cup and it's really filling up now. I pull down my panties to go to the bathroom and you can see my pad as I pull it down. My cup is doing a good job of not leaking anything so far. I talk about my time of the month and let you know what I'm feeling. After changing,dumping and washing the cup I reinsert it.
