This clip has so many sneezes in it that I lost track. No fake sneezes at all. I use a plastic piece to my stuffy nose to release the build up deep inside my nose. This triggers a sneeze attack unlike any other that I've had before! After sneezing several times I am finally able to blow my nose and breathe again!
