I don't know what I ate but after my workout today I am sweaty, nasty and have the "runs". I hop onto my toilet and take off my sweaty nasty sneakers-YUCK! my hanes socks are wet with sweat and full of a ripe smell. As I scratch my itchy feet I tell you to take a big wiff of them...then it starts to happen. the runnnns get to me and the liquid sound and smell fills the air. I rip ass too. Wow...what a day for you. You get my ass and my feet. Lucky you.
