The whipping brutality of the first part continues in this clip. The slave is strongly secured with his balls anchored with a rope to the table and is awaiting further punishment. he seems to still struggle with accepting his fate and continues to cry out that he cannot take that punishment any longer. That has no effect on Goddess Tangent and She returns to whipping the slave with Her short nylon Single-tail whip and starts to punish the slave's back with it.
