Hi Goddess, I am looking for a 20 minute int breathplay JOI video. Basically, tell me to smoke throughout the video telling me how long to inhale for, how long to hold, and when to exhale. I smoke with a pen so please tailor your instructions to that. I can inhale for 3-5 seconds and hold for another 6-8 seconds roughly.
