I walk out of the store, threatening to call corporate. He begs me not to, he doesn't want to get fired! I'm sure he is a felon and wont be able to find another job, these people are all felons. Or on welfare.

I tell him that he can kiss my ass right here in the middle of the store in front of all the customers and employees if he really wants me, the customer to be satisfied. He kneels and complies.
